Kern county/Bakersfield Police Department is a joke. Proof that the government is very inefficient, and ineffective. I could only get the first half of my firearms today because they need a three month hold just in case the DA decides to file more charges. Unconstitutional AF. They handed me my upper completely filthy. Then they asked for it back so they could wrap it. My response was you should’ve wrapped it before you started a shit hole.. ugh 😩. at least I’m grateful I got this back.
