I am done with @mercuryfi. Do not open an account with them. Who should I use instead?
For the second time, they have temporarily closed my account due to incomplete compliance documentation, which I have already provided and for which I have documentation that their team accepted. Because the account was closed, @shopify froze payments and I have been unable to get Shopify to resume payments to the account. No one has phone support these days, and live chat / email support is useless.
