Only if you’re going from one of the commuter companies to mainline and money is not an issue. Usually 13 years is typically when you get to top out pay. In 3 years the difference between the top of the pay scale and three year pay will be a huge difference.

Hell no. I love my 10 years of seniority. I’m making 100k a year.

And loose all them seniority perks heck no lol unless it’s a situation that improves your life like a base you want or benefits you need I wouldn’t do it. I wish seniority followed u but unfortunately you would essentially b starting over
