Breakdowns happen friend, living right now is not an easy thing. Happiness is hard to find but also worth looking for. Its ok to have nothing left to give as well, we all get there at some point. But the neat part about it is everything is made up, sure we have systems and laws and what not but its ok to not be ok for how ever long you need.
