Crazy travel story of the day: My ✈️ was delayed by 3 hours due to weather at the destination. The flight crew apologized profusely and were so so sweet (it was out of their control). A man in the back of the plane started screaming, upset about the delays, and hit a flight attendant. Thanks to him, we were delayed another hour more at the gate waiting for the local police to board. 1/2 Travel Threads

And the crowd was so restless that I feared a riot was going to start. People were yelling at the airline workers. I was traveling with my 15-year-old and I was embarrassed for him to see adults acting that way.
一天內	Christina L Boggan southern_girl1971	A couple of years ago I was leaving California for Birmingham (connecting through Houston) and our plane was delayed because we were waiting on it to arrive. I think it was weather related. Ultimately I ended up staying an extra night in Sacramento on American’s dime. Instead of getting home that night I got home the next afternoon. 🤷‍♀️ my husband was working in Northern California so he stayed with me and I got one more night with him. Gotta stay positive!
