how many households do the "no heating before christmas" rule? for me it all depends on how cold it is and how many people are at home. I wont put it on if its just me. i put the big jumper on

一小時內	Susan Elliott susanlinda242	b...gger that. I put a jumper on AND put the heating on. If I get cold I take forever to warm up. I don't really have summer attire here. I just switch from a long sleeved top to a T shirt and exchange my thick fleece for a lighter one. I only sit in the house in just a T shirt and trousers when the indoor temp hits around 22c . Different if I'm cleaning or doing DIY etc.
