Story time: Back in March, I applied for Schengen visa thru Italy (VFS). This was not my first rodeo, so I know to check both vfs and Italy's website for docs requirements. And neither of them says to submit birth cert. But guess what, when I arrived at vfs, they asked me to forfeit my appointment because I didn't have the original and a copy of my BC 🙄 told them both vfs and Italy didn't mention anything about bc All they said is that I have 1 hour to get my BC. I don't live in metro manila
