I’d say make a report at the school make sure everything is in writing, document all actions. If you feel like the school is not doing anything the resolve the issue within a reasonable time maybe you might have some kind of case. If you feel like the bully is escalating to physical violence and your child isn’t able to defend themselves I’d prob take the kid out of school until it gets fixed. Back in the day we used to fight our bully’s and we would get detention but i think times have changed

Yes there are so many laws across the state that cover bullying. Find your county, call an officer and make a report even if you do not have evidence
