I just recently posted a video about counting the little things. Clients seem to have a common tendency to skip tracking condiments in particular then are shocked when I tell them the “dab” of ketchup they put on their food was actually 3 tablespoons and 60 calories or the salad dressing they liberally poured on their otherwise healthy salad was really 120 calories.
Also, I hope no one is adding flooring to their coffee. 🤣
