Last night I watched a couple of episodes of ‘Worst Ex Ever’, and let me tell you... it's CRAZY!!! I think it's really important to watch shows like this because they give insight into toxic relationships and help us recognize red flags. This was absolutely horrific to the point where I was freaked out most of last night! 🥺
