After 4 years of my best friend, sisters, and yes the internet telling me I have ADHD, I finally decided to get evaluated. After 15 mins with the psychiatrist, he told me he was certain I didn’t have ADHD for the following bullshit reasons: 1/5

一小時內	Becca becks.the.impatient	That's effin' bullshit. I also meet some of those excuses, and I have also been employed long-term for 15 years. I still have ADHD. I am neurodivergent. And if you think you are, then so are you. Statistically very few people fake conditions, they're just loud. If your life is impacted, if you've done the research extensively, that's just who you are. I wish overcoming, compensating or hiding our struggled wouldn't be seen as 'fine'. 1/2

Every mental health professional I’ve come across (my daughter has a whole slew of psychiatric issues, ADHD included) has suggested that I also have adhd. Good enough for me. I’ll just keep raw dogging life. I don’t have time or spoons to be dismissed.
