We ourselves are witnesses of everything He did in both the Judean country and in Jerusalem; yet they killed Him by hanging Him on a TREE. Acts 10:39

The wood of the cross came from a tree. He was pierced in hands and feet. Even David prophesied of his death by nails. He hung by hands and feet not by neck smh.

Probably a tree, the Romans just nailed people to shit. But there is a heel bone with a nail still through heel bone. And a second skeleton with a hole passing inside to outside, so his heels were together and single nail was used. It seems a cross would be unlikely

A cross was made of a tree. The word “crucify” has the Latin word for “cross” within it. It’s like asking if I hung you from a metal light post if it was a streetlight or steel. It’s both. Are you talking about the material or nomenclature of the noun based on its purpose?

Ah yes, let’s just argue about pointless things. After all, Jesus called us to win arguments, not souls…right?

When Jesus was nailed on the cross, it was a symbolism for how they used to do it in the time of Moses about being hanged on a tree Deuteronomy 21:23 ESV — his body shall not remain all night on the tree, but you shall bury him the same day, for a hanged man is cursed by God. You shall not defile your land that the LORD your God is giving you for an inheritance. Jesus was cursed by God.

Neither. God rescued him and brought him up to heaven.

Definitely TREE. The Greek word used is STAUROS. it never means 2 pieces of wood. It means an upright stake
