This is the equivalent of teachers letting kids pick who they wanted in their sports team. One by one everyone else was picked. I was always the last name called out- the booby prize because they all knew I was bad at sports. It was excruciatingly embarrassing and so bad for my self esteem. I dreaded it and felt bad for days afterwards. Teachers, don't use this team deciding system.
