Remember that journalist who got scammed for like $50,000 cash or something crazy like that? Yeah, they hit my mom while I was resting yesterday. Obviously she didn't hand over cash but unfortunately because she didn't want to bother me when the "virus" popped up she did end up allowing them into her laptop and bank account, which is when I realized something was happening, came tearing in yelling hang up hang up its a scam. Nothing stolen, but a lot of time wasted cleaning up this mess.
