Why does it seem that a school shooting happens, and the police and FBI had a tip about this person like months/year before it happened and they always do nothing ... They investigate by what I assume is a quick "you gonna do it? Nah? Okay" and then close the case. Instead of putting that person on a watch list, for the rest of their lives ... Like come on, this stuff can be prevented.... But we as a country choose not to. Because "2nd amendment!!" So stupid.
