I like it, one of my old supervisors really disagreed with it but I felt like it made sense. I don't feel like the parody argument was the strongest. I mean it can cause a likelihood of contusion and shouldn't trademark owners be able to dictate how their brands are perceived, isn't that one of the ideas of the trademark rights, so I'm hoping that it will reflect in the lower courts some strengthened protections. You're an IP attorney right? How did you feel on it?
