I realized my balance is just enjoying some fresh fruits and vegetables for breakfast and lunch. Then, having a nice cooked meal for dinner. Drinking some lemon water throughout the day, have some tea. Get something takeout on the weekends and enjoy something sweet… maybe. Go about enjoying life. I really have spent too much time thinking about these diet changes, but now I’m like “Veysha! You’re doing great! Breath.“ 😂😅
