While I'm over here working super hard as well, my mother is telling me to slow down/stop with the gym because she thinks I'm getting obsessed and too bulky. 👀 I have been taking care of both parents for a whole year in and out of doctors every month. Loss of mobility both overweight and struggling with day to day.

I’m 64. When I was your age I did great metabolically with lifestyle. No HRT. I worked out with weights hard ( which I loved doin) and was at my ideal body-weight and good body composition. This worked great all the way to about 60. Then weight gain, hypertension and insulin resistance popped up for the first time in my life. I started estradiol, Progesterone and testosterone under an MDs care about 3 months ago and wow the energy is back and I’m building muscle again. Insulin resistance down.
