Alright moms, I want to make my sons cake for his first birthday. It’s his “smash cake” so I don’t want it to be overloaded with sugar, because he’s so little. I am NOT a baker, so the simpler the recipe, the better. He has no allergies and is not picky. I already know how I’m gonna do the icing, so I really just need an idea for the cake itself 😊
