It was not my intention to minimize anyones comments. Just adding my ‘thread’ to enhance the flow of perception. I did shadow work for years and taught workshops. But, as my esoteric knowledge increased to understand the breadth and scope of reincarnation, Transmigration of souls, and Galactic races, it made sense that shadow work can help to keep one grounded into their current human timeline too accomplish this life’s soul plan.
