Favorite gym equipment!? Mine is Smith machine. I know is controversial piece of equipment, but I used mainly as incline bench press and I made my best chest gains with the Smith machine. Also is very easy to load and to push to failure, providing good range of motion. What is yours favourite piece of equipment?
