No matter how bad it gets, I can't give up. I just can't. I'm making a promise to myself that I will keep fighting to get better. I will not let the people who hurt me ruin my life, and I won't ruin my own life trying to numb the pain. It's time I face my fears and put in the effort to take care of myself. I can't keep letting my past control my present and future. It won't be easy, but it will be worth it. <3
