Not necessarily people with poor artistic skills will perform bad in AI image generation!! These two things require different types of skills, real art on one hand requires involvement, passion , practice and love while AI image generation requires more left braided capabilities like quantitative and analytical approach. It is in direct contrast with the creative flow itself!! So real artists soon lose interest in prompt engineering. It's not fun, atleast for artists!
