Depends what your goals are dude. Like if your goal is to improve your fitness you'll be able to go full throttle at the cardio if you do that first, but it will probably impact your weight training (and vice versa). So I would give precedence to which one is more important to you. Saying that light cardio beforehand is good to get the blood flowing before weight training.
