I often wonder why there's such a bad shortage of teachers. Of course pay was at the top of the list for reason why teachers aren't teaching, or so I thought. But it honestly never dawned on me that maybe they're afraid to die!! I can't believe this is the post! Teachers aren't teaching because they don't want to DIE! RIP all victims of school shoots and all mass murders
