It’s pouring this morning, really the first heavy rain I can remember since I brought Hilda home. I slept a little later than usual and the first thing I noticed, besides the sound of the rain, is that the tightness, pain, and soreness in my Achilles are significantly reduced after 3 days of not running and (more significantly?) one day on a course of steroids. Feeling thankful.
