Replicating Champion's recipe from Malaysia Aeropress Championship since I have all equipments ready; Aquacode 80ppm water (sorry champion used 55ppm i was mistakenly changed to 80ppm), 80°c water temp, 37clicks Comandante C40, 1pc Non-Woven Paper Filter from One Half. 160g of water added in Inverted position & swirled for around 20times then pressed the water out. Resulting in clean cup, medium body & tentunya SEDAP. Hats off to Samuel for winning & representing Malaysia in Lisboa. Good Luck!!
