Explain how Apple Books royalties work please? When Amazon pays 70% minus a tiny delivery fee, how can Apple double that?

3 小時內	Diane M. Johnson caseyadamsstark	I’m not a royalty specialist. But when my ebooks run at $1.99, I get $0.70 per purchase at Amazon, but I get $1.40 thru Apple. Those ratios might change for higher numbers, but at $1.99, that’s what I get.
