Agreed. I think of this a lot. It gets to those who try to amplify but then from there it seems it doesn’t make it to enough of the hearts and minds of those that impact real change. It feels so awful to think of this

I for one hear your voice and try to do something to help Palestinian. I live in outback Australia. I hear you and i hate how so few collegues in medicine take any action at all. Keep going. 🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸

I know it's hard to believe anyone cares. Here in the US the people standing with you are about to crash an election. We care and are grieving and angry and dizzy with worry. I look for "evidence" in the writing about and images from Palestine to show and talk with others to wake them up. It's slow work, people here are so worried about their own issues and it breaks my heart every hour of every day.
