I miss the days when a mass shooting was something shocking to hear about, that it was surprising and met with nationwide mourning. I miss when it had the weight that an event like that deserved. We have had 58 mass shootings within the last month alone 432 since January One was in my county that resulted in 4 people dying, I didn’t even know about it until I was researching statistics. Over 500 people dead this year, over 3 times that wounded I miss the time when this was news.
