Apparently a lot of Americans have never witnessed violence firsthand, I'm so happy for them! One of my many stories 🙃, man high on crack or meth rear-ended ME before proceeding to ram my CRV in an attempt to unalive my passenger and I. Had to pursue with police on the phone at high mph until they took over the pursuit; cop came back to where I pulled over, emptyhanded, watched the video of him committing assault with vehicle, took report, and left. Nothing ever has been done about it.
