My perfect Friday night plans:
● make a nice meal
● place into a to go container
● place in a backpack with reusable cutlery and a Reusable water bottle
● Get on the bike
●head down to my favorite spot by the river
● enjoy the meal by the river while watching birds, and listening to the flow of the water
● go for a swim
● Relax
● then bike home in time for bed.
