I'm deep in a phone tree for scheduling a diagnostic appointment at a hospital. I don't know which department does this diagnostic, nor how it is categorized. Yet the phone tree is organized around a couple of common departments and procedures. Why is it the patient's responsibility to categorize their own procedure? Next, since I couldn't fit it exactly in one of the menu choices, let's see how long I'm on hold.
