Today I woke up tender from yesterday, I didn't mention before my 5k I lifted heavy (deadlifts, RDLS, step-ups, and walking lunge with KB front squat load.) I decided to run today anyways, because i told myself that I wanted to do 5 miles a day, and after yesterday, winning with my 5k I couldn't stop. I beat my time by 4 minutes and was pushing through pain from my toes rubbing against my shoes 😅 I can't wait to see how I do at the end of this month!
