7 小時內	rharney	There consistently is a window of about a week in Mpls, every winter sometime from mid-Jan thru early Feb, where the HIGH temp is below zero F. The lows at night are -20 to -25F. These are actual temperatures, NOT wind chills. Come then. I mean it. If you can do that the rest is a piece of cake.
