In addition to the current brave efforts by several organizations to effectively reduce gun violence in America, we need a more activist, demonstrative, dramatic public effort to amplify the position that Americans are sick to death of living with fear and slaughter. Let's take a page from the successful 1990s effort against tobacco companies: drop hundreds of body bags in front of gun manufacturer offices, in front of gun retailers, and at the doors of politicians who are in their pockets.
