It doesn’t surprise me because they’ve always been this way. But I thought that after the last 10 years they would have grown up a little. Apparently not. 5 months of my time wasted trying to help them get better at what we do so they can continue to lead…for nothing. If you get the feeling that you’re wasting your time with someone, believe in it and move on. Don’t waste your time or energy. Just bounce. 2/2
