Imagine if you were given a number based on how you treated people. So everywhere you went people were able to see that number. Above a 6 and you could go be in public. 5-6, and you’re on the watchlist and have to wear a cone hat, but lower than a 5 - you would be isolated. 3 and below, isolation and no phone.
