I wasn’t always able to speak to spirit. I remember what it was like to be shut off from the spiritual world. I went through 16 years of development to open up my intuitive abilities. I did this mainly through meditation, connecting to my guides, studying with mentors, and lots of shadow work. I do think it’s possible for anyone to learn how to connect to spirit in the best way that works for them.
