Cannot believe this tool is going to cost NC a significant tax dollars more than he already has (given the time he's spent in court getting on and now getting off the ballot, the hours by many state and county employees spent handling the delay, etc.) because he cannot make up his mind. He should have to pay for the ballot reprinting, at a bare minimum. Wish he would just go away and leave us (and the 20,000 black bears that call our state home) alone.
