Well, the mid ratings for The Book of Clarence make sense sadly . . . A film with witty one-liners, a fast pace, and an entertaining contemporary self-awareness that was let down by its underdeveloped characters and inconsistent tone. But nevertheless a heartfelt movie about finding faith with even a few clever twists in the final act.
