5 小時內	jon.on.threads	I’ve been at massive companies when this has happened. A non-mgmt position worker in their 50s and 60s can be making about double what they can pay a new employee in their 20s and early 30s. They are paying for the experience, sure, but companies don’t gaf…everyone is replaceable and if you left tomorrow they’d fill the job for less money. Corporate America is just gross.
