I personally do not think answers like this indicate that he doesn’t know what he’s taking about, but rather that he doesn’t have anything to say. It’s always been like this - he’ll talk and talk and sort of make a point but really just leave you feeling something instead of knowing something. The thing we’re seeing now though is that he’s out of juice when it comes to bullshitting.
