Yeah, while Windows has gradually improved in terms of multi-monitor support, I'd love to see it completely overhauled in this regard. I think the biggest problem is that different people want Windows to behave different ways under different circumstances, and I can only imagine how complex user requests are for multi-monitor-related matters.
