I just did it too carrying on despite symptoms, pain etc. Now I’m stopping djing after 30 years : not enough bookings then consequence no exposure and almost no income from music directly I have to switch carreer and stop my music activities. This system is broken non professionals get bookings ( no certification - education etc in arts ) and the one who did do not get income. I made 90 euros this year - not even enough to buy decent music for my dj sets. Only marketing works
