You do t have to run at all, just pick any cardio equipment and make sure you burning at least 10 calories per minute. Have fun 😎

Depends on the goal. Slow phase speed 3 incine 12 are for standard after weight training program. 2 mins straight jog/run 8-12 speed. 1 min walking interval for 20m mins straight for lungs development And many more other programs

That is a PERSONAL determination, others cannot tell you based on their workouts as everyone is in different stages of training. Start with what you are comfortable with, then add on time as you go.

Depends on your goal but for general health 150 min/week. If you’re just starting, you can do it in 10 min or more increments multiple times per day for several days until you reach it for the week
