Having a sore throat! Wanted to give it a try and see how things go anyway. Felt icky running with a sore throat, and I do feel like I'm coming down with something.. But it is what it is. Forgot to set my timer and turned late at 16:30! but funnily enough that means I spent almost the same time going out than I did coming back.
