I want to hear from everyone who has reinvented themselves after 45yrs? Especially those who had to overcome trauma and self esteem. What made you reinvent yourself? I will go first… As a single parent, I had to overcome all the challenges and obstacles that comes along being a single parent. I went from being on welfare, getting a degree, moving up the Corporate ladder, moved from the Bronx, NYC, purchased a home in NJ. Yet, I still suffered from depression and self esteem.
