This is so sad…but the fact is we don’t care. As a society, we just don’t care. If we did care, we wouldn’t vote for any politician that said anything other than I’ll take away everyone’s gun if I have to, in order to stop this. And we’d only vote for Supreme Court justices who pledge to allow it to happen. But we won’t. We simply won’t. We won’t do anything yet again. We’ll come up with excuse after excuse, but we won’t. Because we just don’t care enough.
