i was an RA in college and i remember sitting in training in 2018 learning about the new regulations in place after the Parkland High shooting. as the ones “in charge” of our residents, we learned how to safely evacuate in case of an emergency, how to protect our students/perform trauma response, and that we should be immediately identifying exits when entering a room during floor events (1/3)
